About Us

With engineering and business degrees, Vincent brings both the operational and business angles in the strategic diagnostics of your business. With more than 25 years of experience which brought him to North America (5 years), Asia (8 years) and across his native Europe, Vincent has lead multi-cultural teams through business development and joint-venture establishments, acquisitions and divestitures, re-organizations and restructuring, as well as running business optimization. In a privately owned company and then in a publically traded consortium, Vincent gradually expanded his responsibilities from regional division up to a full P/L of a 1B$ Business Unit.

Prior to establishing CEOACH, Vincent held a number of senior leadership positions in companies that include Solvay SA, Solvay Automotive Inc., Inergy Systems, ArcelorMittal and Tower Automotive Inc. where he acted as member of the Executive Committee for 6 years. He recently completed a major mission for a leading global steel company, assisting the subsidiary's CEO in a complete overhaul of his company's business structure.

Intuitive and highly creative, Vincent developed amazingly innovative solutions or approaches to businesses, building a reputation of an "out-of-the-box" person. Great listener, Vincent quickly establishes trustworthy relationships in one-on-one meetings. He relentlessly questions business processes to get to the fundamentals or true core of a company, while highlighting its competitive assets. Finding or developing the differentiating factor of one's core business has always been Vincent's motto.  Keen to share his experience with peers, Vincent devoted time to business associations and served for 5 years as President of the Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Japan; he also presented specific conferences in industrial circles.

A native of Belgium, Vincent now lives in Brussels with his wife and three daughters.
